入选标准
- •Children aged <= 12 years with DKA admitted to Pediatric emergency. (DKA defined as 1. Hyperglycemia (blood glucose > 200 mg/dL 2. venous pH <7.3 and/or bicarbonate <15 mmol/L
- •3. Associated glycosuria, ketonuria, and ketonemia)
排除标准
- •1. Children with DKA who already received insulin infusion outside irrespective of duration and dose.
- •2. Children with a septic shock (requiring >= 60 ml/kg fluid boluses and vasoactive therapy to maintain vitals parameters during initial resuscitation).
