Inclusion Criteria
1.football players age from 20-25 years.
2. both genders.
3.two group divided (twitch obtaining intramuscular stimulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and exercises ), ( instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and exercises).
4. football players playing more than one year.
5. active trigger points on calf muscle.
Exclusion Criteria
1. players with musculoskeletal injuries in recent 3 month.
2. players recovering from injury.
