Inclusion Criteria

Low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies .

Exclusion Criteria

Stenosis

Facet joint arthopathy

Allergic to contrast or steroid

Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
