Inclusion Criteria

Non Insulin Type 2 Diabetic People ( Male and Female 40 - 60 Y)
Affection Period of 5-10 Years
Controlled Blood Sugar. 110< FBS<150
7%< HbA1c< 9%
110/70 < Blood Pressure < 140/90
20 < BMI <30
Functional Balance Test : Single Leg/ Double Leg/ Tandem >30 Sec

Exclusion Criteria

Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Diabetic Foot
Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Liver, Thyroid Diseases
Musculoskeletal Disorders of Lower Limbs
Addiction to Drugs and Alcohol
Sedentary People and those who have had Regular Exercise Since more than a Year ago
