Brief Summary

This study is the comparative Pharmaco-therapeutic clinical trial of the Shitiwar (Celosia argentea L.) Beej Churn (seed powder) and Shitiwar beej  ghan (Seed extract) on Pittashay Ashmari  W.S.R. to Cholelithiasis (Gall Bladder Stone). There will be two groups in study,  in group–A Randomly selected and  Clinically diagnosed 15  patients of Gall Bladder Stone will be receive 5 Gms  of Shitiwar Beej Churn (seed powder) twice a day with water for 30 days and in group-B, Randomly selected and Clinically diagnosed 15 patients of Gall Bladder Stone will be receive 500 mg ghan capsules of Shitiwar beej,  twice a day with water for 30 days. Follow up period will be every 10days (10th, 20th and 30th day).  Before treatment and after completion of trial, diagnostic test and complete history will be recorded. The data will be analyzed scientifically and statistically.

Inclusion Criteria

• Patients willing to participate in clinical trial.
• Patients having any clinical signs and symptoms of Pittashaya Ashmari/Cholilithiasis(Gallstone).
• Patients having any size of Pittashaya Ashmari/Cholilithiasis(Gallstone).

Exclusion Criteria

• Patient not willing to participate in clinical trial or sign the consent form.
• Age less than 16 years and more than 70 years Pregnant woman and lactating mother.
• Patient has serious Problem during trial.
