Patients >=18 years of age
Intraparenchymal nodule >1 cm surrounded by lung parenchyma
Willing for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Nodule size < 1 cm
Pleural based nodule
Coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia
Not willing to participate in the study

Name Time Method To evaluate the rate of iatrogenic pneumothorax & the need for intervention with extrapleural gelatin sponge slurry injection along with intraparenchymal gelatin sponge slurry injection versus intraparenchymal gelatin sponge slurry injection only .Timepoint: immediate post procedure up to 6 hours & post procedure day 10
