1. Patients suffering from MC (B08.1), diagnosis by naked eye examination and confirmation by dermatologist
2. Age between 2 and 18 years
3. Number of lesions between 6 and 15
4. Patients of either sex
5. Literate patients; able to read English and/or Bengali and/or Hindi while illiterate people will be interviewed by the investigators maintaining adequate privacy to fill up the scales or questionnaires.
6. Providing written informed assent and/or consent voluntarily.
1. Cases with secondary bacterial infection, as confirmed by CBC, CRP and examined by the Dermatologist.
2. Cases with involvement of mucosal surfaces, especially conjunctiva resulting in conjunctivitis and keratitis, and other atypical sites such as oral mucosa, palms and soles, the areola/nipple, lips, eyelids.
3. Size of lesions more than 5 mm
4. Cases with extensive or giant (more than 1 cm) and pedunculated lesions.
5. Patients showing BOTE sign.
6. Patients having history of congenital transmission.
7. Vulnerable population - too sick for consultation, unconscious, non-ambulatory, differently abled, terminally ill, or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people.
8. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
9.Patient under tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism and/or any other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence.
10. Self-reported immune-compromised state.
11. Already undergoing homeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 6 months.
12. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial
