Patient present with Femoral shaft fracture in Nakornping hospital from 1st June 2020 to 30th May 2021
Exclusion Criteria
1.Contraindication for nail
2.Open fracture
3.Bilateral femur fracture
4.Previous Implant
5. Open epiphysis
