Inclusion Criteria
End stage liver disease scheduled for adult liver transplantation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients on preoperative oral anticoagulant, antiplatelets.
Patients on any drugs affecting platelets function and count or causing pancytopenia e.g Impenam, Diflucan.
