Inclusion Criteria
First- ever stroke (infarction or hemorrhage diagnosed with brain CT or MRI)
Subacute status, stroke occurred <3months
Ability to follow instruction for pulmonary function test
Ability to Hx. For peak VO2
Ability to follow instruction for functional outcome
Exclusion Criteria
Recent surgery
History of respiratory disease
Patient with Tracheostomy status
respiratory infection
severe obesity
thoracic deformity
