Inclusion Criteria

1)are full-time office workers (working for an average of at least 40 hours per week);
2)age between 23-45 years;
3)have body mass index (BMI) 18.5-23 kg/m2 (Anuurad et al., 2003) (BMI will be calculated from a subject's weight in kilograms (kg) divided by his or her height in meters squared. Height and weight will be measure by height meter and weighing apparatus respectively);
4)have at least 5 years of experience in the office work;
5)are at risk of nonspecific neck pain evaluated by the Neck Pain Risk Score for Office Workers (score ≥ 2)(Paksaichol et al., 2014) or nonspecific low back pain evaluated by Back Pain Risk Score for Office Workers (score ≥ 53) (Janwantanakul et al., 2015);
6)report prolonged sitting as one of the aggravating factors of neck or low back pain in one of previous episodes (Dankaerts et al., 2006a);
7)possess a smart phone with Android or iOS systems.
8)have neck or low back pain (more than 30 mm on a 100 mm-visual analog scale and pain lasting more than 1 day)

Exclusion Criteria

1)have a history of trauma or accidents at the spinal region;
2)have a history of spinal, intra-abdominal and femoral surgery;
3)have a sign of neurological deficit over the upper or lower extremities;
4)are diagnosed by doctor as having abnormal spinal structure;
5)are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, tumor, systemic lupus erythymatosus (SLE) or osteoporosis;
6)are pregnant;
7)use any medicine that related to the musculoskeletal problems;
8) have hemorrhoids, wound, contusion at the buttock and thigh region.
