a)systemically healthy individuals over 18 years of age
b)Healthy periodontium or demonstrating stable periodontal condition following conventional periodontal therapy
c)Full mouth plaque (FMPS) and bleeding score (FMBS) of < 15%
d)No history of previous periodontal surgery at experimental sites
e)Clinical indication for periodontal plastic surgery to augment the width of keratinized tissue.
a)Pregnant and lactating females
b)Smokers or tobacco usage in any form
c)History of any systemic medication in last 3 months
d)Patients with coagulation disorders
