- •Inclusion criteria for diabetic mellitus group – DM with a minimum duration of 1 year. Age between 20-80 years with any genders. Inclusion Criteria for Age
- •matched healthy controls – Patient with no systemic history and family history of DM.Age between 20-80 years with any gender

- •Exclusion criteria - Subject with no ocular diseases, Any post-surgery
- •complication, No history of using anti-glaucoma or topical steroids, Previous history of head trauma or
