入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patient giving a valid and written informed consent.
- •2. Age >18 years.
- •3. Acute spinal cord injury patients with an ASIA category A,B,C,D.
- •4. No contraindication to prophylaxis with elastic compression stockings
排除标准
- •1. Patients with known risk factor of deep vein thrombosis such as chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, stroke, malignancy, renal insufficiency, recent myocardial infarction, heart failure, those taking ocp pills, steroids,and patient having multiple associated injuries.
- •2. Patient having past history of deep vein thrombosis and anticoagulation management.
- •3. Those having medical and surgical co morbidities that can influence the study eg. Patient having coagulation disorder, Fracture of long bone of lower limbs, Patient having plaster cast or bandage in both lower limb, any psychiatric illness etc.
- •4. Pregnant and lactating females.
