- •1.Age 18-60 years
- •2.ASA PS class 1-2
排除标准
- •1.History of gastrotintestinal disease or previous gastrointestinal surgery
- •2.Unable to eat or drink
- •3.History of diabetes or renal disease or heart disease
- •4.Electrolytes imbalance
- •5.Body Mass Index more than 30 kg/m2
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Psychiatric problems
- •8.Unable to communicate
- •9.Alcohol drinking or smoking
- •10.History of opioid use
- •11.History of gastric dismotility
- •12.Claustrophobia or fear of loud noise or unable to lay down
- •13.Contraindication for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination such as cardiac implantation, metallic device implantation
- •14. Allergy for carbohydrate
