This study is an observational study. The department of Mental health (psychiatric) Nursing approved the initial proposal and permission to submit the study proposal was obtained from the Institutional Research Committee (IRC), MCON. Administrative permission was obtained from the Registrar, MAHE and the Dean and principals of selected professional undergraduate colleges of Udupi taluk. After IEC approval the study will be registered in CTRI.
The sample will be selected through simple random sampling. The participant information sheet (PIS) and consent will be taken before data collection. The data for the study will be collected approximately in February 2025.
The data collection also includes the collection of the demographic proforma, and the data will be collected through a self -administered structured questionnaire

- •Students studying undergraduate courses in selected professional colleges of Udupi taluk The undergraduate students who can read and write English Students who are willing to participate are available at the time of data collection Students between 18 and 25 years of age.
排除标准
- •Students who disclosed themselves as having psychological problems students below the age of 17yrs and above the age of 26yrs.
