Inclusion Criteria
1. gestational age less than 13 weeks
2. singleton pregnancy
3. small amounts of vaginal bleeding or no no vaginal bleeding
4. no pelvic pain or mild degree of pelvic pain
5. normal vital signs
Exclusion Criteria
1. underlying disease that Prostaglandin drugs aggravate symptoms such as asthma and heart disease
2. allergic to Prostaglandin drugs
3. suspected ectopic pregnancy
4.have had an abortion induced before.
