Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria with history of inveraion type of ankle sprain due to sports injury.
- •2\. Age 18 to 45 years
- •3\. Sex Both Male and Female
- •4\.Onset of the last injuru more than 4 months
- •5\. Patient willing tovparticipate for the study
- •6\.Patient suitable for Upanah procedure
- •7\. Patient suitable for Basti procedure
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Previous history of fracture to ankle joint
- •2\. Congenital deformity of ankle joint
- •3\. Previous /recent history of surgery to ankle joint
- •4\. Any Nervous system pathology of ankle joint
- •5\.Any Musculo skeletal pathology of ankle joint
- •6\.Any kinds of rheumatological, metabolic,problem related to ankle joint
- •7\. Patient taking medication(local/system)from any other system of medicine.
