Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria with history of inveraion type of ankle sprain due to sports injury.
- •2. Age 18 to 45 years
- •3. Sex Both Male and Female
- •4.Onset of the last injuru more than 4 months
- •5. Patient willing tovparticipate for the study
- •6.Patient suitable for Upanah procedure
- •7. Patient suitable for Basti procedure
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Previous history of fracture to ankle joint
- •2. Congenital deformity of ankle joint
- •3. Previous /recent history of surgery to ankle joint
- •4. Any Nervous system pathology of ankle joint
- •5.Any Musculo skeletal pathology of ankle joint
- •6.Any kinds of rheumatological, metabolic,problem related to ankle joint
- •7. Patient taking medication(local/system)from any other system of medicine.
