1)Able to understand simple commands and respond to it
2)Beighton Hypermobility score less than 6
3)Functional vision and hearing
Exclusion Criteria
1)Unable to understand simple commands and respond to it
2)Beighton Hypermobility score greater than 6
3)Recent musculoskeletal injuries of shoulders or hips or knees
4)Medically untable
5. Any severe visual and hearing deficits
