Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) â? and â?¡ of either sex
- •Patients undergoing lumbar spine surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •Aged between 18 to 65 years
- •Valid informed/explained consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with high risk coronary or vascular disease
- •Patient with hepatic dysfunction
- •Patient with history of psychosis
- •Patient with elevated intracranial pressure or traumatic brain injury
- •Patient with uncontrolled hypertension
