American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) â? and â?¡ of either sex
Patients undergoing lumbar spine surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Aged between 18 to 65 years
Valid informed/explained consent
Patient with high risk coronary or vascular disease
Patient with hepatic dysfunction
Patient with history of psychosis
Patient with elevated intracranial pressure or traumatic brain injury
Patient with uncontrolled hypertension
