Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) Patients age above 18 years
- •b) Cases of resectable periampullary and head of pancreas carcinoma managed by Pancreatoduodenectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Patientâ??s with benign CBD stricture, chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic head mass
- •b) Patients found to be unresectable intra\-operatively
- •c) Severe cardiopulmonary comorbidity (ASA 4 or higher)
