Inclusion Criteria
a) Patients age above 18 years
b) Cases of resectable periampullary and head of pancreas carcinoma managed by Pancreatoduodenectomy
Exclusion Criteria
a) Patientâ??s with benign CBD stricture, chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic head mass
b) Patients found to be unresectable intra-operatively
c) Severe cardiopulmonary comorbidity (ASA 4 or higher)
