Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- adult age ≥ 40 years old (women and men)
- •\- live in Bangkok Metropolitan region, Pathumthani and Ayutthaya province, and other regions that can participate in the study.
- •\- able to stand and walk independently (with or without an assistive device).
- •\- Diagnosed by Orthopedic Surgeon based on clinical and radiographic finding \> grade 2 according to the “Kellgrenâ€Lawrence grading system of osteoarthritis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cardiovascular diseases
- •Myocardial infarction (MI)
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •High blood pressure not controlled by medication
- •Visual and/or hearing impairment but can’t improve by eyeglasses and/or hearing aid.
- •Neurologic disorder
- •Cognitive dysfunction
- •Mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
- •Extremely fearful of water
- •Communication impairment
