Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ICD\-10\-Diagnosis inflammatory\-rheumatic condition: chronic polyarthritis (M05\-M07\) oder ankylosing spondyloarthritis (M45\-M46\)
- •\-written agreement of participation in the study
- •\-sufficient language proficiency
- •\-inpatient rehabilitation after general application procedure (Allgemeines Antragsverfahren) or expedited procedure or as follow\-up treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-surgery of the musculoskeletal system during the last three months
- •\-severe cardiopulmonary condition (contraindication for intense physical exercise)
- •\-insufficient proficieny in german (for filling out questionnaires)
- •\-ongoing application for disability pension benefits
