Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ICD\-10\-Diagnosis inflammatory\-rheumatic condition: chronic polyarthritis (M05\-M07\) oder ankylosing spondyloarthritis (M45\-M46\)
  • •\-written agreement of participation in the study
  • •\-sufficient language proficiency
  • •\-inpatient rehabilitation after general application procedure (Allgemeines Antragsverfahren) or expedited procedure or as follow\-up treatment

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-surgery of the musculoskeletal system during the last three months
  • •\-severe cardiopulmonary condition (contraindication for intense physical exercise)
  • •\-insufficient proficieny in german (for filling out questionnaires)
  • •\-ongoing application for disability pension benefits
