Inclusion Criteria
ICD-10-Diagnosis inflammatory-rheumatic condition: chronic polyarthritis (M05-M07) oder ankylosing spondyloarthritis (M45-M46)
-written agreement of participation in the study
-sufficient language proficiency
-inpatient rehabilitation after general application procedure (Allgemeines Antragsverfahren) or expedited procedure or as follow-up treatment
Exclusion Criteria
-surgery of the musculoskeletal system during the last three months
-severe cardiopulmonary condition (contraindication for intense physical exercise)
-insufficient proficieny in german (for filling out questionnaires)
-ongoing application for disability pension benefits
