研究概览

简要总结

Patient consent will be taken for clinical photographs,dermoscopy & histopathological examination.Dermoscopic evaluation of suspected lesion(more active part) will be taken using a hand held dermlite-II hybrid M dermoscope at 10X magnification in polarised contact mode & photographs will be captured by apple I phone 12 with aid of dermlite app. Both polarised & nonpolarised mode will be used.The same site of the same lesion will also be biopsised & sent for histopathological examination.

  • •Patients above 18years of both sexes clinically suspected of Hansens disease attending the SkIN & VD OPD & Patient who will give consent for biopsy & dermoscopy.

排除标准

  • •Patient who had already taken MDT in the past.
  • •Patient who are not willing for biopsy.
