Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed Polycystic Ovary Syndrome participants .
Exclusion Criteria
Use of contraceptives/hormone treatment within previous 6 weeks,Thyroid abnormalities, non-classic adrenal hyperplasia,
hyperprolactinemia, Smoking, Participants engaged in yoga therapy and/or aerobic training and/or
any other form of exercises.
