Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Admitted between November 2009 and March 2013 / 2\) Neuroimage\-documented ischemic stroke / 3\) within 4\.5 hours from last seen normal time / 4\) tPA\-treated cases
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) No information on tPA dose / 2\) No information on mRS score at 3 month / 3\) No information on symptomatic hemorrhagic transformation
