Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Individuals between 18 to 64 years of age with or without history of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease.
- •2\.Individuals who are �sedentary� i.e. Spending less than or equal to 600 MET minutes of energy per week as assessed by the self\-report.
- •3\.Those who are in the stage of contemplation ( i.e. those of who are willing to do exercise in the next six months ) and preparation ( i.e. those who are not physically active regularly )according to the stage of behavior change
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Individuals with physical deformity and are bedridden
- •2\.Individuals who are less likely to reside in that area during the study period.
- •3\.Individuals who have disease conditions where PA is contraindicated or advised not to exercise such as serious cardiac or respiratory diagnoses, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological disorders and mental illness
