Participant diagnosed Dry eye by TFOS DEWS II criteria
- DEQ-5 Questionnaire not less than 6 with one of the followings
- Non-invasive Tears film break up time < 10 second
- Ocular surface staining at cornea >5 spot or conjunctiva > 9 spot or eyelid staining length not less than 2 mm and not less than 25 % width
-other ocular surface disease eg. Epithelial basement membrane dystrophy, Corneal scar, Herpes infection, Recurrent corneal erosion
-eyelid or blinking problem
-other ocular medication eg. glaucoma medication
-contact lens wear
-systemic medication eg.Anti-histamine, Estrogen replacement therapy, Anti-depressant, Isotretinoin
-history of ocular trauma or ocular surgery
