Inclusion Criteria
Very low birth weight neonates on paladai feeds who are admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Exclusion Criteria
1.Neonates with congenital abnormalities including cleft lip
2.Neonates on partial gavage feeds.
3.Neonates on supplemental oxygen or other mechanical respiratory support
