- •1. Adults between 18 - 50 year of age
- •2. On haemodialysis for more than 3 months
- •3. Lives a sedentary life ( scoring a low level of physical activity on international physical activity questionnaire)
排除标准
- •1. Recent myocardial infarction or symptoms of coronary artery disease (eg: chest pain on exertion)
- •2. Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias
- •3. Uncontrolled hypertension
- •4. Lower limb injuries (eg: fracture, severe arthritis)
