•1. Subjects who are known case of Type II Diabetes mellitus with FBS >126 mg/dl.
•2. Subjects of age >18years and of either sex.
•For Phase 2
•1. Mentally challenged subjects.
•2. Uncooperative subjects.
•3. Subjects known case of any other serious illness like Tuberculosis, Cardiac disorders, etc.
•4. Subjects who are known case of Type I Diabetes mellitus.
•5. Pregnant woman.
•6. Lactating mother.

•1. Mentally challenged subjects.

•5. Diabetic with history of Nephropathy, Retinopathy etc.
•6. Subject who is under Insulin or Anti hyperglycaemic medications.
