入选标准
- •Age between 50 and 65
- •Grade I & II osteoarthritis of knee (Kellgen & Lawrence)
- •Osteoarthritic diagnosed patients with complaints of pain and functional disability for at least three months
排除标准
- •Lower extremity cement or plastic implants
- •Local dermatological problem e.g. psoriasis and eczema
- •Thrombophlebitis or any vascular condition in which ultrasound can cause breakage of emboli
- •Patients using anti-inflammatory medications
