Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) All patients planned for major cancer surgery with curative intent scheduled over next 2\-6 weeks irrespective of chemo radiation received.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients receiving pre\-habilitation service to undergo surgery either within 2 weeks or after 6 weeks will be excluded.
- •2\) Functional inability to perform 6 min walk test.
- •3\) Inability to comprehend, paralyzed, bed ridden, dementia.
- •4\) Emergency surgeries.
- •5\) patients scheduled for minor surgery.
