Having clinical and laboratory manifestations related to uncompensated liver cirrhosis
Age between 18 and 65 years
Absence of pregnancy in women
There is no specific treatment for cirrhosis
Consent to participate in the study
Having an underlying malignancy
Evidence of extrahepatic biliary diseases
Active thrombosis in the hepatic or portal vein
Respiratory or kidney failure
Active infection
Liver transplantion candidate patients
Patients with diabetes mellitus
Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure not controlled by medication
The presence of severe underlying diseases
pregnant women
