Men and women between the ages of 18 and 39 in training to become a law enforcement service with some arterial hypertension (levels I and II) without any other internal risk factors or diseases
Exclusion criteria for the planned study:
Primary arterial hypertension (stage I and II) with further internal risk factors or diseases as well
• arterial hypertension grade III
• secondary hypertension (e.g. renal artery stenosis)
• other internal diseases that are contraindicated
• Taking medication that affects the main target criteria of the study (e.g. statins, beta blockers, corticoids, etc.)
• Drug therapy that has already been initiated, e.g. for the treatment of arterial hypertension
The aforementioned exclusion criteria are not to be expected due to the regular review of suitability for police service in accordance with PDV 300, as these criteria would result in non-employment or police incapacity.
Intermediate exclusion criteria
New occurrence of diseases that are a contraindication, lack of compliance with the study specifications and worsening of e.g. arterial hypertension.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Duration: 6 months<br> <br>- Confirmation of fitness for police service in accordance with Polizeidienstvorschrift 300 by the Police Medical Service Thuringia<br>- AVEM questionnaires, Recovery Experience Questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale, Resilience Scale, FIT<br><br>o standardized blood pressure measurement at rest<br>o Heart rate at rest<br>o Age, height, weight, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio (THQ), waist circumference<br><br>The values are recorded before the start of the study (initial examination), after three months (follow-up) and after the end of the intervention (6 months) (stress / coping training).
