•Oral cavity cancer patients who underwent Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy .
•Oral cavity cancer patients who underwent Conventional Radiotherapy.
•Patients who will agree and will give consent to participate in study.
•Patients in ECOG 0,1,2.
•Patients in ECOG 3,4.
•Patient who has past history of Radiotherapy for head and neck cancer
•Patients having Metastatic oral Cancer
•Patients with High risk co-morbidities.
•Patients who received palliative RT.
•Patients whose lesion extends beyond oral cavity.
•Patients with primary neurological deficit.
•Patients who will refuse to participate in the study.
