简要总结
This study will examine how hybrid telerehabilitation is used in routine physiotherapy care for adults with anterior knee pain. Approximately 30 participants will be followed for 72 weeks while receiving individualized treatment from their physiotherapist, supported by the moveUP mobile application. The application provides prescribed exercises, educational information, communication with the physiotherapist, and progress monitoring.
The study will assess adherence to rehabilitation, pain, knee function, quality of life, psychological factors, and physical activity. It will also explore whether patient adherence and physiotherapist engagement are associated with clinical outcomes. Interviews with patients and healthcare professionals will examine barriers and facilitators to using the platform in routine care.

研究组 & 干预措施
Hybrid Telerehabilitation
Participants receive individualized physiotherapy for anterior knee pain supported by the moveUP mobile application over 72 weeks. Treatment is prescribed and adapted by the treating physiotherapist according to individual patient needs.
干预措施: Hybrid Telerehabilitation (Behavioral)
结局指标
主要结局
Exercise Adherence (ATEMPT Score)
时间窗: Baseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72
Exercise adherence will be assessed using the Adherence to Exercise for Musculoskeletal Pain Tool (ATEMPT). Total scores range from 6 to 30, with higher scores indicating greater adherence.
Pain Intensity (Visual Analog Scale)
时间窗: Baseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72
Pain intensity will be measured using a 0-100 mm Visual Analog Scale (VAS), where 0 indicates no pain and 100 indicates the worst pain imaginable. Higher scores indicate greater pain intensity.
次要结局
- Physical Activity (Daily Step Count)(Daily/weekly)
- Knee Function (Anterior Knee Pain Scale)(aseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72)
- Health-Related Quality of Life (EQ-5D)(Baseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72)
- Fear of Movement (Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia)(Baseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72)
- Pain Catastrophizing (Pain Catastrophizing Scale)(Baseline and weeks 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72)
