- •having schizophrenia diagnosis based on the information in the medical file and according to the treating psychiatrist? aged 60 years and above ? The patient's willingness to participate in the study? Ability to respond to the questionnaire questions? no alcohol and drug abuse? Ability to communicate verbally? The absence of disability and limitations in hearing and vision and Exclusion criteria: reluctance of patients to continue treatment? Elder died during the study period? stroke? physically debilitating diseases? escalation or recurrence of mental illness
