This study is a Clinical Evaluation of Nayansukha Varti (eye drop) and Pipplayadi Anjana (eye drop) in Arma (Pterygium). This will be conducted on 60 patients from OPD/IPD of shalakya - Tantra Department of Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan Evam Anusandhan Sansthan, Haridwar. Patients will be divided into two groups - 30 patients will be given Nayansukha Varti (eye drop) and other 30 patients will be given Pippalayadi Anjana ( eye drop). First follow up will be done 15 days after the anjana and second follow up will be done after 15 days of first follow up. Assessment will be done on the basis of subjective and objective parameters as discussed earlier.

入选标准
- •Patients of age group 20-70 years, irrespective of gender who is willing to give informed consent will be included in study.
- •Patient with Primary Progressive Pterygium and those are not willing for surgery.
- •Clinical features as per Classics.
排除标准
- •Patient not willing for Trial
- •Age below 20 years and above 70 years
- •Patients having Clinical features of Adhimamsa and Snayu Arma.
- •Patients having ocular conditions like conjunctival cystic degeneration, Neoplastic changes like Epithelioma or Malignant Melanoma or Fibrosarcoma.
- •Any inflammatory eye disease like Conjunctivitis, Dacryocytitis, Blepharitis, Corneal Ulceration etc.
- •Patients in which Pterygia is involving the pupillary area.
- •Patients those are contraindicated for Anjana.
