Inclusion Criteria
Having a bachelor's degree or higher in nursing
Working at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Arak
Consent to participate in the study
Experience of at least 6 months of clinical work
Failure to participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation workshop during the last 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to continue attending the study at any stage of the study
Failure to attend two or more training sessions
