Inclusion Criteria
- •Take colistin at a dose of 4\.5 million units every 12 hours
- •Creatinine Clearance \> 90 ml/min (Based on CKD\-EPI Formula)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Underlying kidney disorder
- •Receiving other nephrotoxic drugs
