Inclusion Criteria
Subjects diagnosed with Presbyopia irrespective of any refractive errors
Age range between 35-60 divided into two- below and above 50; Both genders
Patients who give informed consent and are willing to practice Trataka Kriya
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients with any pre-existing disease which could affect distant and near vision such as significant cataracts, ARMD, & another macular disease.
Patients with cataract surgery, intraocular surgery, and uncontrolled diabetes
Patients using cycloplegic eyedrops or any drops which affect vision
Patients with Acute or chronic eye infections
