入选标准
- •written consent
- •good general health
- •gingivitis (GI >1)
- •basic nutrition other than study-aimed nutrition
排除标准
- •severe general diseases (HIV, Hepatitis B and C, acute tumor diseases),
- •gravidity and breast feeding,
- •intake of antibiotics within the last 6 months,
- •participation in other studies, now or within the past 30 days ,
- •antiinflammatory drug intake like cortison, aspirin, interferon alpha,
- •diabetes type I and II,
- •intolerance of special nutrition like fruits, protein, gluten,
- •severe chronic periodontitis,
- •diseases influencing the production of saliva ,
- •smokers (>5 cig/d)
