gingivitis (GI >1)
basic nutrition other than study-aimed nutrition
severe general diseases (HIV, Hepatitis B and C, acute tumor diseases),
gravidity and breast feeding,
intake of antibiotics within the last 6 months,
participation in other studies, now or within the past 30 days ,
antiinflammatory drug intake like cortison, aspirin, interferon alpha,
diabetes type I and II,
intolerance of special nutrition like fruits, protein, gluten,
severe chronic periodontitis,
diseases influencing the production of saliva ,
smokers (>5 cig/d)
