Inclusion Criteria

History of low back pain in the last six months and pain intensity igual ou maior que 3 (Numeric Pain Rating Scale - NPRS) on movement in at least one direction (flexion, extension or rotation).

Exclusion Criteria

Previous history of rheumatic disease, lumbar myelopathy, tumors, central or peripheral neurological disorders; history of major trauma, fracture or surgery in the lumbar region; signs of nerve root compression such as: major muscle weakness affecting the lower limb, decreased or abolished patellar and calcaneal reflexes, and decreased sensitivity in the lower limb dermatomes.

Primary Outcome Measures

To evaluate the subjective intensity of pain through the Numeric Pain Rating Scale - NPRS after 8 weeks of treatment. We will see if the numbers will reduce, increase or remain the same comparing moments before and after intervention.

Secondary Outcome Measures

To evaluate the threshold of pressure pain through digital algometer, disability, fear and avoidance beliefs, kinesiophobia, quality of life, mood condition, levels of depression and anxiety, quality and behavior of sleep through questionnaires that will be applied by the researchers.
