Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult patients who underwent open transabdominal gastrectomy for of stomach or esophagogastric junction cancers
2. Surgery was performed at the Department of Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand during January 2005 to June 2017
Exclusion Criteria
1. Emergency surgery
2. Concurrent cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy
