- •Age between 18-65 years of either sex.
- •ASA grade I and II
- •Elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
- •Patients willing to be part of the study.
- •Haemodynamically stable patients with all routine investigations within normal limits.
- •Availability of written informed consent from concerned patient.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •NBM status less than 8 hours
- •Haemodynamically unstable patients
- •Oro pharyngeal surgery
- •Lesion of oropharynx and larynx
- •Known unstable cervical spine injury.
- •Presentation for an emergency surgical procedure.
- •ASA grade > III
- •BMI > 25 kg/m2
