American socity anesthesilogists physical status1-3
Site of surgery under knee

Exclusion Criteria

History of alergy to study drugs.
History of lower limb neuropathy.
local sepsis of needle insertion site
History of coagulopathy.
Any contraindication of spinal anesthesia.
Hypovolemia.

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Motor block. Timepoint: 6h-12h-24h after surgery. Method of measurement: Bromage Scale.;Duration of sensory block. Timepoint: Duration of sensory block will be measured by differences between initation of loss of sensation to pinprik and return of sensation in sacral region. Method of measurement: Pinprik test.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Pain after surgery. Timepoint: 24h after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on Pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) witch is a scale for measurement the intensity of pain.
