Study Overview
Brief Summary
This study is a clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness of individualized (single medicine) homoeopathic treatment in the management of Plantar Corns in patients aged 40-70 years and to assess the role of Modalities, such as factors that worsen or relieve the condition, in influencing medicine selection. The study will be conducted at Parul Institute Of Homoeopathy And Research Hospital, Vadodara, with a total sample size of 30 patients and a treatment duration of 3 months. Each patient will receive Individualized Homoeopathic Treatment based on detailed clinical assessment. The primary outcome of the study will be the improvement in Pain and Functional limitation in patients with plantar corns, assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Foot and Ankle Disability Index (FADI) before and after treatment. The secondary outcome will be assessment of Modalities and other patient specific factors influencing medicine selection and their impact on treatment outcomes during the study period
